Family Indemnity Plan
The
Family Indemnity Plan covers after life expenses for any member and up to five
other persons of their immediate family. The plan covers up to six persons
inclusive of the member and any combination of the following:
1. Member
(not optional)
2. Spouse
3. Parents
and or In-laws 76 years and under (only 2 permitted; any combination)
4. Unmarried
Children (age 1-26)
When
there is a death in the family the FIP provides financial assistance at a time
when it is most needed. The FIP pays a cash benefit and claims are paid within
two days after completely submitting the claim.
Five coverage options are available. Premium
costs vary according to the plan selected. Benefits paid only according to plan
selection.
